Ruth Deserves a Shower of Praise

"I don't often write memo's like this, however, working with Coldwell Banker real estate agent Ruth Herman was a revelation and she deserves a shower of praise.  Ruth helped me both buy, and a year later, sell my home in Studio City.

Ms. Herman's unmatched knowledge of her industry, unrivaled people skills, seemingly bottomless reservoir of patience coupled with an ability to guide me through the purchase/sale process with aplomb convinced me that she MUST be recognized as a star in Coldwell Banker's line-up of agents.

I was a naive lamb walking into the wild woods of Southern California real estate-- ready to be either taken advantage of or nurtured in the skills of buying a home.  Ruth clearly saw I was out of my depth-- and instead of using that knowledge to grasp for undeserved personal gain-- she instead all but held my hand through the entire (often grueling) process.

This is a woman who should teach a master class to your new agents, and a refresher course to your veterans, on how to get the job done the best way, the right way, the ethical and honorable way.  A way in which afterwards the client is so brimming with admiration and respect that he's eager to write a note like the one you're reading.

A raise for Ruth, I demand it.  If that's not possible then some form of commendation. You must realize that a rave review like this means Ruth Herman must have been performing at this excellent level for years-- and with client, after client, after client.

My only sorrow is that after having moved to New York City-- I can't purchase a home here with the assistance of Ruth Herman and make sure that everything passes muster; and that I'm not being snookered.

I began by writing that Ruth deserves a shower of praise.  I was wrong.  She deserves a flood of both kudos and congratulations.
